Hi is phase 1 handed over ? What is your feedback on the construction, amenities and overall quality of project
Hi Goutham, thanks for the comment, having my background in Architecture and Town Planning, to me the overall quality seemed good. I am not sure about the handover part entirely but I know some of the units have been handed over.

Totally agreed. It’s best to invest or stay in Dubai now, JLT & Marina are really good places to stay.
