For many out there, they will not take this very seriously because it's an African speaking, but they forgot that he knows the reality of Africa, the challenges we have to organise the elections specially in a country the size of a continent like Congo, for sure there were some delays, logistical problems but that we can expect in a country that needs rebuilding from top to bottom, and that's Felix Tshisekedi fault if we are honest.
