I’ve wondered why I’ve just stopped watching tv I use it for more background noise tbh or to watch dvds and occasionally Netflix. And instagram I feel does more harm than good I was 15 when I had an instagram and deleted months later because I had become so detached from everyone around me and didn’t even realize how I got there until I was clinically diagnosed with depression and anxiety. Deleting instagram was one of the best decisions I had ever made and now that I’m watching all So’s videos I’m seeing what he’s talking about in the people I go to school with, everyone just stumbles around like zombies on their phones and trying to maintain their fake persona of being happy and perfect when I can easily see their miserable, I feel the media and social media is designed like So said to lower our vibrations... hopefully people begin to realize this before its too late 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
