congrats to Purdue, they're the better team for sure and win this matchup 9 times out of 10. MSU didn't play great and went on scoreless stretches from missing jumpers. However, I think the one time state had the opportunity to beat purdue out of 10 times, the refs completely blow the game. No call worse than the charge inside the restricted area with a tie game and lead change, but several of the one sided calls throughout the game. Never one to pin on the refs but this was unbelievable for such an important game.

Edey is just too massive to guard without fouling him. If the refs called EVERY foul, whoever is guarding him will foul out in 10 minutes. Until recently, you never heard anything about "hooking and locking" - as if "hooking" your elbow around Edey's arm, waist, whatever is acceptable.

There’s a reason it’s unheard of for a guard to take 5 charges. Unreal. Excited to get away from Big10 officiating.
