    Ingredients:
    2 tablespoons oil
    3 tablespoons chana dal
    2 tablespoons urad dal
    1 tablespoon coriander seeds
    1/4 tablespoon fenugreek seeds
    10-12 dry red chilies
    1 tablespoon cumin seeds
    200 grams fresh curry leaves
    A small amount of tamarind
    1 tablespoon salt
    Instructions:
    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add 3 tablespoons of chana dal and 2 tablespoons of urad dal. Fry for 1 minute.
    Add 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds and 1/4 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds. Fry until golden brown.
    Add 10-12 dry red chilies and fry for a few seconds. Then add 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds and fry.
    Add washed and dried 200 grams of fresh curry leaves. Fry for 4-5 minutes.
    Add a small amount of tamarind and sauté for 1 minute.
    Allow the mixture to cool, then transfer to a jar and add 1 tablespoon of salt.
    Grind the mixture into a coarse powder.
