C CLASP, ORTHO GDC NAGPUR

When I bend my C clasp first I survey the tooth ,then I bend my clasp to just ingage the under cut keeping the clasp away from the gingiva.Less trauma to the tooth when the partial is inserted or removed.I roughen up my tag and keep it only as long as necessary as the acrylic is weaker where the tag is and the partial more prone to break along the tag.
