When I was doing my internship in an assisted living facility, in the kitchen, the cook needed to use up a bunch of bread and pastries that were a day or so old. He had glazed donuts, cheese pastries, raisin bread, bagels and he just made a bread pudding that was fabulous! I was amazed. Lol.

Hi Carrie, you have cooked another great Sunday's meal. I didn't eat chicken or pig's feet, but my mother and grandfather did. After thinking about all the collagen that's in those kinds of foods . It has me thinking after seeing that collagen pills are being sold in the store for good bone health. My mother, like yours, lived almost 96 years old. She had very good bone and joint strength. I am going to try that turkey wing recipe with rice and carrots.
