I have no way to know if Danny is guilty or not. But it would seem like neither does anyone else.. a life sentence on word of mouth accusation? You could literally just pay a few people off to say such and such and have someone put away forever. For any reason you wanted. I don’t understand the process here and how it wouldn’t start being used corruptly. Was there evidence I’m not aware of?

Channel 12~ women have been lying since the dawn of time I would say they lie as much as some of these individuals are guilty. However the truth is nothing happens to women who lie. Which is a double standard. Dea couches women on what to say when evidence isn’t really there or their favorite reporting only what makes someone seem to be a predator. Even when recording someone who’s asking pre script questions? A detective but is everything actually being considered? Like for instance a real victim doesn’t lie and it’s obvious she was attacked, in other cases the victim leaves out many factors and even lies about clothing or what actually happened which is an indicator of her making false claims. So yes there’s many victims but there’s also many liars~ jealousy is one of their major flaws. If there wasn’t so many fake accusations the real victims wouldn’t have to prove by trial the horrible atrocities caused to them.

Danny Masterson and the Church of Scientology will come before the court in September 2025 - two full years from now - to face a civil lawsuit filed by three victims who say the organization viciously harassed them for reporting the “That ’70s Show” to authorities and ultimately leaving the church.
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge on Tuesday lifted a stay on the civil case that was in place until the criminal trials played out, and set the September 22, 2025 start date. Masterson was convicted of raping two women and sentenced earlier this month to two successive 15-year sentences.
Unfortunately there is a very large number of victims of sexual crimes, and I have no use for people that commit those crimes, however cases such as this make me see Danny as a victim.

Okay but here's the thing. It's a disproportionate sentence for what he did , I'm obviously not saying it's right .. but man baby killers and the like get parole and get out , murdering ppl gets less time .. and he felt entitled in a way because of scientology , maybe that should be a mitigating factor in how they came up with this ..I'm not saying he shouldn't be punished. Maybe 5 years per. 10 years is steep ..but he can't undo what he did to the women. Idk nothing

Yeah there's a reason you are supposed to have to come forward with in a certain time period. If you wait there is little evidence to prove it and there is also little evidence TO PROVE AGAISNT the allegation. So easy to say hey this person did this to me in 1990. How the hell you disprove that? there's no dna left. There's no witnesses. there's not gonna be surveillance still saved. Makes it so there is no consequences for fake accusations cuz they can't be disproven.

How someone’s freedom can be taken away for 30years on no physical evidence what so ever just the “testimony “ of alleged victims on an alleged crime that supposedly occurred over two decades ago ! This is extremely disturbing and scary ! Let’s be honest if the roles were reversed and there was a “female suspect “ and a “ male victim” there is no way there would be a conviction!
