That's what I was thinking too. How he's already at level 42 with only 100 hours is odd as well. I was probably at 600 hours before I was at that level. He must have strictly played the main story quests. I played almost all the secondary and treasure hunt quests before even getting to Kaer Morhen in the Ugly Baby quest. 😂 I explored this map like crazy picking up stuff to sell for crowns. I was at 180k when I purchased the Runewright. Lol. This Complete Edition game with both DLCs for $14.99 was money SO well spent. 800+ hours of entertainment for me makes it a great buy.
This is an interesting video but there a few places you visited such as the boat north east of novigrad and the cave in kaer morhem that you're supposed to see during the main quest and dlc
It was a masive letdown for me to found how under used were certain map areas, specialy at Velen, the place many consider the narrative peak of the game. Thru time, I been noticing how many non completionist players says they never had visited the the Nilfgaardian camp and the bottom south of Velen to this very day, but its understandable, cos the said narrative doesn't take people there really, except in for some tresure hunt, the Defender of the Faith quest, the missing Nilfgaardian Patrol contract and the Bald Mountain quest at the end, oc. From there on, is just up to the player explore for the sake of it🤷♂️
There is a lot of cut content and it shows, when you explore Velen, you can feel that there is a lot of places that were supposed to have something going on but were cut at the last moment, kinda like the devil pit but they fixed it in the next gen update Hopefully one day, it will be restored Im always very sad about cut content And same for Toussaint, i think that the weird forest there was maybe a huge part of the dlc but was cut in the end
@@AB-fr2ei Yeah, and I would gladly pay some for those extra DLC quests, like they did for free with the Devil's Pit, but I think that would never happen, cos tomorrow's "update" and the launch of the Red Kit, they just left all in the hands of moders from now on, also because CDPR is focused on their next thing. As great mods are visualy, they lacks of resourses, like the voice acting, which could be an issue, if someone wants to fix or add something like the obvious missing quest at Temple Island in Novigrad, with all the characters and factions related to that under usted city spot🤷♂️
@@Hellion73 i think that they will still do a patch for the PS5 PRO release, maybe they could add some few stuff for the patch but thats very unlikely and for mods, maybe AI could help for the voice lines
Exploring the open world is a pleasure in itself. And it is quite natural that the player discovers it for himself after completing the main plot. The fact that the beautiful, atmospheric, seamless open world of The Witcher 3 is much larger than the places involved in the main plot is one of the main advantages of the game. There is NO need to lead the player by the hand to every order board, to every secret on the world map, to every hidden quest.
You only played 100 hours and you're already at level 42? 😂 You must have just strictly played the main story quests and no side quests. I am on my first playthrough and am at the fight with Detlaff. He keeps kicking my azz. Lol. I bought the Witcher 3 Complete Edition in December and have 748 hours played. 😁 I explored the heck out of this game and collected herbs & animal hides for extra crowns like crazy. Had 180k 👑 at the point where I bought the Runewright. After upgrading everything at my vineyard in Toussaint and paying for a Grandmaster Armorer I'm at 120k 👑. I have all potions, Decoctions, Witcher Gear Sets & Swords. I'm going for a 100% playthrough. Every question mark on the map❓ picked up too. So I'm probably looking at another 100 hours before I'm fully done with every quest and every❓. Then I'm going for the NG+ playthrough after a break for the summer. Some people don't like these long games that have tons of stuff to do. I absolutely love 'em! 🤟🏻💯 It was the best $14.99 I ever spent for 800+ hours of entertainment. That's for sure. 😁 This game & Red Dead 2 are easily my two favorite games. I hope both eventually come out with another game. I will wait forever for those masterpieces.
Hi! The sword I have there is Iris. You get it if you decide to save Olgierd's soul in the Hearts of Stone expansion. And according to the description: Weapon charges with energy during combat. When its color changes to red, a strong attack will release this energy in an extra powerful strike, at the cost of part of the attacker's Vitality.

In the bottom right corner of White Orchard you can see Vizima in the distance.
Oh! I actually missed that. That's interesting, thank you for mentioning it! :)
Bottom left corner, my bad.
oh really? im gonna check rn xd
This is exactly what i wanted to see when i clicked this video
How the hell you played 100+hrs without encountering cyclopses? There is multiple ones in skellige which also respawn. Think i kill 5-10 per run

Guess he did not explore the world enough. I don’t believe they pop up during the main story so I can see how that happened.
I got into the Nilfgardian camp by cleverly jumping across the wall thanks to a tent ^^
You can enter with the nilfgardian armour or use the suits you gent when you visitó emyr the first time
fyi you can kill the seirens by shooting them off the boat with your crossbow
The weird looking trees in Toussaint are not trees at all, they are old elven statues that eroded over time. There once was an elven city.
Oh, that's actually crazy! Didn't know that. Thank you.
That empty cave is a wyvern nest but it should be a quest that you will take with Eskel so it is empty until you trigger the quest
Such an enjoyable video, really appreciate it, cheers, stay strong and good luck on the path! 🍻

yet another cyclops??? my man you are talking about the goat "Old Speartip is one deep sleeper, wake him up and you'll sleep deeper"
just wait for professional modders to make dlc of their own, like making dlc for the blue mountains, nilfgard, zerakenia, etc3.
