Yes, confused me that to begin with as two buttons are assigned to X in the UI but you are quite right, station panel can be reached with square. Hope they fix it soon
@@TinTin_57 Yes it's not clear so thought i would point it out 🙂 I found the trickiest part understanding what the gps was doing it likes to shoot off in the wrong directions sometimes up into stations and things. It's fine once you sort realise it dose that and plan ahead in mind but can be very confusing at first.
Dam ive just had a corrupt save on my Series X, first time in 20 years of xbox gaming, 30+ hours down the pan, even reset all my controls too, i really hope they get this bug fest fixed soon, im out of here for a few months, let them fix it, good luck with your gaming dude
Damm! Thought you may be able to restore. Seems that Xbox has the bulk of the issues here with this one, same over on the Discord with players having similar issues. PS5 has been largely trouble free apart from some minor niggles
Hard to say without seeing what you are seeing. Go to service centre, set your self up to run cargo, then you should see plenty of cargo contracts at the various locations
yeah I’m frustrated as well, I’ve been to that service center 30 times and I still can’t figure it out, I think I’m gonna let this train up to about 80 miles an hour and just let it ghost roll down the tracks and see if it derails
I finished the tutorial. Which was not great. I have been driving for a couple of hours and no one has contracts. I finally just found a forest and loaded my train with 4 cars of logs. Now I can't find anyone who needs logs. I'm just driving around. And, no way is this game running over 30fps on PS5. I am liking it enough to play. The contract design and other things are pretty stupid but I'm gonna keep driving around. Maybe someday I can do a contract. This is ridiculous.
this game is unplayable on ps5 - graphics bug every now and then (cockpit view - perma glitches on screen, disappearing tracks and bridges etc), I hope they introduce a patch fixing it, atm I regret buying it
Hmmm I know about what we are calling the 'matrix' bug where lines are showing on the windscreen which they are looking to fix, but I haven't had any of those other issues as yet and I'm also on PS5
That green contract pays only 50 per wagon!!!! omg you gonna haul that thru the whole map just to get 450 for 9 wagons in london? or they going to adjust the price based on the distance?
Haven’t watched this specific video recently but usually you can have some wagons specifically for that location and you make up the rest of the train with the cheaper ones. Also if you want to level up a city and it needs a certain commodity, you just have to pick up as much of it as you can to meet the requirements
It has a open word to it and u can hire train operators and buy your own trains and choose whatever cargo you want just like American truck Sim or ets 2 or bus Sim 21
Yeah it's a good game. Can be a little confusing to pick up at first which is why I put together this short series of video guides. I think in the main they have been useful to new players
@@highwaymaintainer go to station page , pick blue contract , do not close the page and do not reserve, just ad to pick up planner and that should do it , ive been at it a week too 😂

On PS5 map screen if you press square button down on a location it brings the contracts up so you can view them from a far.

Not very intuitive at first but if you have a couple of my videos on while you play you will soon pick it up. It’s a good game with a massive map

How does this game work? Is it like TSW2 where you can drive passenger services but just with a wider map?
More arcade style than TSW. TSW is the real drivers simulator whereas this is more railway company management. Loads of fun though.
