In c3 plants C3 cycle occurs in mesophyll cell while in C4 plants C4 occurs in mesophyll cell and in bundle Sheath cell c3 occurs . Still in doubt then you can see page 220 in first 2 para.
And one more thing I want to ask is u haven't showed the exact count of ATP from non cyclic and cyclic Phosphorylation I am not getting from where 18 ATP and 12 NADPH are provided during dark reaction Plz can U elaborate that part
In c3 cycle 2NADPH and 2ATP (For two molecules of 3-PGA)are used during reduction process .and 1ATP in regeneration process so total 3ATPs and 2NADPH are used .This is only a one round of this cycle and after 6 round of this cycle we'll get 18ATP and 12NADPH.
