To become a teacher an aspirant goes through various entrance processes and have to be mentally stable through all these process...i m nt saying against anyone but reservation is everywhere..and selected candidates are not so called selected candidates....its so basic that they are cerebrally equal....atleast appreciate their hardwork for a 11,000 job....that's it.

No case should be there. It can be solved at osepa level
If the merit list is based purely on merit, then candidates are ranked according to their performance and qualifications without consideration of gender or any other demographic factor. In such a system:
1. **Merit Criteria**: Candidates with higher marks or better qualifications are ranked higher on the merit list.
2. **Gender Neutrality**: Gender does not influence the ranking process; only performance and qualifications matter.
Given your example where 51 posts are available and 17 are filled by women, if more female candidates achieve higher marks than some male candidates, then more than the initial 17 women could potentially be on the merit list. This is because the merit list ranks candidates purely on their individual merit and performance, regardless of gender.
