The Guy between 9:45-9:52 closest to the camera, with the red bag on his brassard is me. :)

7:30 to 7:33 between the bass drummer and the trumpet guy was me playing the cymbals. Very hot.

I have to wonder what the world wars were fought for today in this land of the bedroom tax, no legal aid, foodbanks, hunger, no independent living fund, no more real social housing etc The scapegoating of the poor and unemployed and immigrants and asylum seekers. The wars had nothing to do with freedom or democracy- it was a war for global markets, for the empire and the ruling class. There were short-term gains for the working class, but that is all gone. In a country where if you can't find work you have to work for no pay, that may aswell be fascism. The dominant ideology is 'social darwinism' and conservative (basically fascism) when Darwin himself hated tories and hated the way the poor and vulnerable were treated.
