There are websites that track whether ads are enabled on a specific channel. You can simply search for "RUclips monetization checker," and a tons of websites will appear for you to check it yourself.
I don’t understand why it wouldn’t be monitisable, it would have been made by that channel and unique as ai always makes something different. I don’t think anywhere it says you need to have a voice on video in order to get monotised. Some people don’t want to put theirselves out there like that.

I just use some third party tools which provide real likes and views (the best one to use is a bit of Fame- ster). It's like the easy way to ramp up your social media presence, and you don't have to wait for a period of time to get popular or something like that.
