Just bought this same hot tub, but the 2019 version, and appreciate Jamell posting this video, as the controls are a bit confusing at first. I have an older model hot tub at my house, that is just an off and on type of deal, so I am a bit unsure of running continuously concept. Thanks again to Jamell for taking the time to post this tutorial.
Thanks for posting. We just bought this. The hot tub including the cover, steps, filters, cleaning kit, and electric connector was $7000. My husband is 6ft and it sits deep enough for him to sit up with water covering his neck. Width × length is 84 by 84 inches. You can customize with 3 color choices for the interior and exterior at no additional cost. This is definitely the best bang for buck.
Great video - very helpful. I think I could get a better understanding if I come over and spend time in it. Just let me know what's convenient for your schedule. :)
Great Video. Question, my 4 screws on each side of the lifter are pulling out. This is my second cover. Have you had any issues with those 8 screws holding onto your cover? 4 on each side?
Wow! Great tutorial! Great view! I’ve been looking into hot tubs and what’s best trying to get as much knowledge. Can’t wait till I make a decision. Does this model also come with salt water option
Nice review! We just bought the same one and we love it too. I live up near Chicago and we plan on using it through the winter months. How cold does it get by you? Is it easy to keep from freezing?
Does your motor runs the jet(1st setting) at all times? I recently purchased the same model and my motor is on all the time. I know that’s not right but I don’t know how to get that fixed. Help, if you know anything. Thank you.
Are you still just using the Clorox Xtra Blue shock to treat the water? We just picked up a 2019 Hot Springs Relay and was reading through the manual about constantly testing pH and treating the water which concerned me.
Can you share the clorox product again or the link. I have a rhythm purchased this year, and have become a chemist lol. Would prefer not to be. I don't see the product that you displayed in the video. Perhaps the package or contents changed..help!!
I have a 2019 Relay and have had nothing but problems. My local Hot Springs dealer services it weekly, sometimes more. For the year I've had it, the water has been dumped 9 times. At first the dealer said its because of use we always have 0 chlorine. Than COVID hit and 4 months no one used it, still every week 0 chlorine. Dealer said add Ozonator, which we did not difference. They said add the FROG system, which we did, no difference. So now it has a Float, FROG system, OZONE generator and every week it has 0 chlorine, even if it is not in use set at 90 degrees.
Ordered mine.. waiting for it to come in. Would be nice to see a video of it rolling at night with the lights on
That view is amazing, thats some true relaxation
My grandfather just bought this spa, and i was looking into buying one spas wee! Thank you for the review!!

Yes it does have the salt water option.
You should still check the PH because it can be hard on the internals of the tub
Thanks we just bought one yesterday
Thanks Jamell! Gonna try the Clorox.

Not to be rude but what was your all in cost? I can’t seem to get a actual number
How do you turn it on?
Hello! We are trying
To hook our hot tub up could you take a pic of your control panel? Ty

My jets only come on whenever it's tried to get it up to temperature so do you use a top on your tub?
Thanks for the review, wondering how much you think the electric cost per month.
Whats the radius on the cover?

Is the waterfall lit with LEDA LIGHTS? Also the Spa place near me is selling for $8,499. Seems a bit expensive
No, the led's are all under water
I bought this spa two months ago for $7100 love it so far, curious how good it’s going to do in Michigan winters.
