I am trying to get this to work in my 2013 Prius Hybrid. I connected it via USB but my Prius doesn't show anything for usb. I set my fiio to USB dac mode and it just says waiting for connection. Is it just not compatible with my car?

Now if you could make it use it’s internal DAC and also make it Android Auto then you would appeal to a lot more people.
Most people will never use the feature you’re talking about in this video as nobody is going to leave a $1,000 DAP in their vehicle 😂

Thanks for the feedback. Sorry that the M11Plus does not support Android Auto still.

@@FiiOOfficial It did in my vehicle but the M17 does not. The M11 Plus LTD also was able to be used as a DAC with an iPhone 13 Pro Max but the M17 is not. But the M17 sometimes works as a DAC with a current gen iPad, key word sometimes lol. Also the Fiio link has major issues with M17 as in it didn’t work with Bluetooth or Wi Fi when I tried connecting it to my iPhone 13 pro max. Hopefully this gets an update at some point in time for people that would like to control their Fiio DAP’s with an i device.

@@CarAudioHorizons The current may be too high for the iPhone when connecting the M17 to it via USB. So the USB DAC function could not be compatible to iPhone well. The Wifi FiiO Link function should work with iPhone, but the Bluetooth FiiO Link function should not.

Do I understand it correctly that you use your Iphone with carplay to link to FIIO and then still control the audio with your car?@@CarAudioHorizons
