My dad passed away suddenly 3 years ago. It was a really difficult time in my life and I came upon this piece while looking for a song to add to his picture slideshow at the funeral. It perfectly described the emotions throughout his life ... as a youth, getting married, his accomplishments, great memories, having kids & growing old together. It is a perfect mixture of sadness & happiness & I still get emotional when I hear it. Thank you for writing an amazing piece. ❤
