I read a well written review after I posted my video where someone says 'yes' to this question. They didn't like how the USB option sounded - but when I go analog vs usb I don't REALLY hear a difference personally. could just be my un-well-trained ear.
I've seen a lot of people complaining about the usb cable that broke after 1-2 month of use and i really don't care about 7.1 or the usb cable i only like this headset for its microphone quality since you are saying that there's no difference between USB and analog I think I'm going for the H510

Having issues with mine, the right side not working when using the USB cable for some reason. Only lasted 3 months. When i used 3.5mm cable, mic not working after 3 months as well. Have you tried any other cable that can make this work? Typical TRRS to TRRS is what i was thinking. Haven't tried though
@@zekken6319 From what I have searched from other reviews, they're actually the same model. The only difference is that the Zeus 1 was the original model with the faulty usb connector. There were tons of complains about how their usb connectors keep breaking after a short duration of use. The Zeus 2 was then produced to fix that problem.
Man, i've bought that H510 Zeus 2 and I really have a problem, playing games like Phasmophobia, when there's a loud noise (such as ghost walking close to you/character heartbeats) it keeps repeating like a feedback on the headset until it gets so loud, that's almost impossible to not mute it. It happens on some other games too, with loud noises... Have you experienced something like that? I'm using USB conector, Thanks.
I have not had that issue and I played phasmophobia with them. It almost sounds like the mic is picking up sounds on a loop or something. You’re using the USB connection and having this issue?
@@EightSixMatt Yup, USB conector and P2 acts in the same way, i've removed the headset mic (since i use other one). No luck yet to solve that problem, even tried to remove equalizer, 7.1 sound, etc. Maybe it's a faulty product.
@@leonardobortoletto7289 maybe, makes me think. It happens even with the mic removed? Are you gaming on a laptop by chance? Or any kind of webcam with a mic setup? Such an odd issue.
@@EightSixMatt Nope, playing on PC. Even with the headset mic removed and the table mic removed too. No webcams connected. I never had that issue with my past USB headset, wich was a Corsair.

I haven’t bought the 432 yet but I have it in a cart to buy, a buddy is going to let me borrow the og 400 series so I can compare them when I do - at the moment though I don’t have hands on exp with the 432 sorry 😅

I am very surprised they haven't fixed this. Weirdly it's a simple fix. Change the name of the folder to whatever you want and try again. The special characters interfere with windows ability to create a path.
hey dude , i wanted to ask you i 've heared that its pretty good headset but it has a problem of echo for example when you re in discord with ur friends they will hear anything you re doing music, games basically anything you hear they hear , is it true ? thx
Sorry for the delay I read this and wanted to test it and forgot to come back. My buddies have had no issues with hearing echo or anything when we play and use discord. I mainly use my G733, but trying this for a night and they had said they couldn't hear anything like that. (I didn't play any music just ambient game sounds and music).
How do I download the software? i went to the website and the file as a weird name. Can you please help on how to down the correct software for the redragon H150 Zeus wired
Rename the folder, and try again. It's the right software but the folder has a character conflick and windows won't use it as a path to install. So rename it and try that :)

Someone else had asked about this also - my theory is Zeus 1 had some issues, Zeus II was released to correct those issues, now that Zeus 1 is corrected Zeus II has become Zeus 1 again and there is no more Zeus II. Zeus II is now Zeus 1 in other words. Just a theory since the product very mildly differs in appearance and I can't seem to officially find "Zeus II" out there anymore.
I don't shop Razer personally but I know people like the Kraken. Just something there that turns me away every time. A lot of people have enjoyed the H510 in comparison to other big things like the Stinger. Just remember audio is subjective - ears are like fingerprints, no ones is the same and it can be difficult to gauge what one person may enjoy more than the next. Try them, if you don't like them shoot them back and try something else is my recommendation :)
Sorry didn't see this. My theory is the Zeus II is now just "Zeus" and Zeus I is replaced by the II entirely. But I don't know for sure. I think they temporarily had two variations of H510 but in order to separate whatever issue was with the OG H510 they temporarily renamed it. Again, I'm just making an assumption based on things I have seen in the past.

I have problem that when these headphones are connected through the USB there is noise on higher volume but when I' am using 3.5mm there is no noise but sound and mic are of poorer quality. What could be cause of a problem?
I had a problem with the folder having a currupted character name, did you have the problem when you extracted it? If you see a folder with a bunch of unknown symbols, re-name the folder to anything else and then try again.
RedDragon zeus sucks... I bought a week ago and it has some problems with his microphone... Others Hear what you play Like RUclips and Game Sounds in discord, messenger and Voice recorder ... it has a Microphone Leakage... I did a lot of things to fix it, but it's still the same ... don't buy it ...

Turn on AGC on sound settings so you can be loud and clear.

You can actually see it on the box. It's usually located at the bottom right part of the box with "Zeus" or "Zeus2" written on it.

Did u turn on the 7.1 surround sound in the driver settings? Right click the speaker icon and turn on BOTH surround earfx things

where did you download the software? the file I downloaded on red dragons website doesnt work.
I mentioned this problem to them the work around is to rename the folder itself. I assume you have a folder that’s a bunch of symbols and characters
