When these two young dogs cuddled up together on what was to be their final evening, the people taking care of them didn't give it much thought. After being found in terrible conditions, what would be the dogs’ fate? Would their friendship save their lives?

I also have 2 "babies", 1 from a hoarder, 1 who was given up in Texas, and was on death row, which breaks my heart. To know my Big Boy was going to be killed on Christmas Eve 2022, because he was given up to a high kill shelter, by his family, who he obviously loved, hurts my heart. I am so grateful, for all the donations that were found, to treat him for heart worm, pay for his hospitalization, to have him neutered, and all the tag teamers who brought him almost 1700 miles. I've sent photos to some of them, so they will know, Jax, or "Axel", as was his old name, is safe, protected, protective, and very much loved. He has toys, good food, and treats. I love him so much..
Thanks to Sylvia, for adopting Neal & Jeremiah & for helping the shelter so they can save more rescued dogs.
As a bonded pair, they should have always been rehomed together. I know it's more difficult but their bond is undeniable. I'm glad they had a happy ending. Thank you very much to the shelter & Sylvia, you are all wonderful ❤❤

Just want to Thank Jesus and Sylvia for keeping Joshua n Neil together ! Thank You Jesus with all my Heart for bringing Sylvia to the Shelter to take care of Neil n Joshua. You cannot SEPARATE doggies that are that close because if you do it will only be a matter of time before an illness will start in the weaker one which in this case would have been Joshua. Their Love is so Strong that it makes me so Happy that the Shelter sees this now. Again Thank You Jesus for letting the people that needed to see this, SEE ! I really think that's ignorant of those people they knew that these two dogs were keeping each other company and they took the one dog away from the other someday I hope somebody takes a love of yours away see how you like it

12:28 guess I would have adopted them together that's a little love story that they have and people should be reading more and adopt more if you have a whole stack the kids you can have four little dogs that will love you forever and make you happy in your life think about it

It's a beautiful story for both dogs but first you said it was a family that wanted Jeremiah and was vetted, then suddenly it's one woman named Sylvia. I find it annoying to keep seeing so many faces of different dogs. Makes me doubt the story, because the same story has been told using other dogs in the past, like a pit bull and a chihuahua that didn't want to be separated. I've always adopted rescues and know how important it is for them to get loving homes. Being truthful with these stories is important.
