This "Azattyk" program.is about Japanese volanteers of JICA in Kyrgyzstan. They stay and work in Naryn, a town in remote Kyrgyzstan with harsh living conditions. The place is very cold in winter and is situated at an altitude of 2000 meters above sea level.
