New sub…Your video popped up in my YT feed and I decided to check it out because I love my planners and all things related. But when I saw the name of your channel I thought…RA, is she referring to rheumatoid or??? So I really had to check it out! I was diagnosed with RA when I was 26…I mean full blown RA with pain in every single joint! Big changes in energy, mental and activities I could no longer do. But I’ve had some very good years and doctors and medications and here at I am at 73 and doing pretty darn good thank God. Thanks for sharing!
You gave me the idea to track no-energy days or bad mental health days! I am in a process of burnout recovery since 1 and a half years (so much time already), and my main goal is to get my energy back and also to stop taking antidepresants, but I still have days of not leaving the sofa and having to sleep 14h… So I think you gave me a purpose for my all year spread! Also loving your energy ❤ I also start laughing and making jokes when I am awkward hah
I also loved to see how I am not the only one that changes on how to use her journals! I loved the different ways that you tried to make use of them, and that you persist on using them all! I sometimes forget about my books and then months later I see them and feel bad for not using something that I spent money in 😂
@@mochisdiary I’m glad it was helpful! Also wishing you well in your burnout recovery ❤️ Burnout is rough 🙃 Also glad someone can relate to my nervous laughter/awkwardness 😂
Thanks for putting this out there. I have POTS, and I need reminders that it's ok for me to take breaks. Chronic illness really does suck. I also lost my grandmother at the start of this year and ended up stopping using my planners consistently around March from overwhelm. I think my body was carrying some of the grief.
@@jaquelinemythril2602 My condolences for your loss. Glad I can find a community who understands chronic illness. I too have been reflecting realizing I should have taken a break early in the year. But I am also working on self-compassion so remind myself I did what was best at that time. So yes take the breaks when you need them ❤️ sending love!
I love that cover; I love the SI vertical weeks and the Hybrid planner by Twines and Paper; other favorite sizes are B6, vertical Standard TN & B5 for memory/scrapbooking or 8” x 8”
@@annettefertitta6868 I just checked out Twines & Paper! I like their stickers too. So many options! I do think in the future I want to try the standard size TN. Or maybe the B6 as well…hmm I just need to find uses for them 😅 Thank you for sharing!
I loved this video! Also your little laugh is so cute! I do similar when I’m nervous, and I relate so much with buying various planners etc. I love how you’ve used up using yours! I always want every planner under the sun and then try to find use for them 😅 new sub here too 💜
I thought the RA in your name stood for “resident advisor”! Sheesh where have I been! I’m sorry to hear that you have chronic pain. I have osteoarthritis and it totally disrupts my life…I sympathize with your situation and hope everything goes smoothly with taking less prednisone. ❤
@@PlanitSarah 😂 your comment made me chuckle!! Obviously I need to work on my intro/name 😅 but thank you! I hope everything goes smoothly with you as well with managing osteoarthritis ❤️
Hi, I just found your video. Very nice and thank you for sharing. Someone that has been dealing with RA and osteoarthritis for over 20 years I know the pain you’re talking about. I know you said you don’t like tracking, but you should try tracking your food and how you felt that day and the next day after eating. I found some foods would cause a flare up. Also when a storm was coming. You need to make sure you’re sleeping well. I’ve been in remission for about 5 years now. I have to keep my immune system low. Take care and best of luck, I’ll be looking for more videos.
I suffer with lots of chronic pain and mental health I use a lot of books for each area off things We do planning almost the same lol thanks for sharing
@@debragallonty Brain fog is the worst 😔 The first year for me after diagnosis was the worst because took a while to find the right meds. Thankfully my pain has improved significantly but I still struggle with brain fog and fatigue. Glad video was helpful/resonated with you. Community of support has been helpful for me and hope you find that here too ❤️
@@debragallonty GM! 😊 I have done various things for tracking. I used to do daily log of food and a 1-10 scale of pain when first diagnosed and what meds I was using because pain was so bad I was using Tylenol & prednisone almost daily 🙃. I first did bullet journal so I drew out trackers myself. Hmm….maybe I can show you in a shorts video when I find notebooks 😅 I will say support group also gave me ideas. If you are artistic, some people like to draw body and track pain that way.

Sorry to hear that you are having a hard time with your illness. You should look into dr Brooke Goldner. My brain fog is much better since her hyper nourishment protocol. I will try the no energie tracking, to have more info on my progress. ❤
Thank you for sharing! I admit I am not the best with staying on top of healthy foods/anti- inflammatory diet 😅 so I appreciate the reminder and encouragement!
