We recently traveled from Gurgaon to Amritsar, excited to try the mutton dishes at this restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. We ordered mutton rara, but the dish we received was disappointing-it consisted mostly of bones with very little meat and no proper mutton pieces. We called the waiter to express our concerns, but he was unresponsive and offered no assistance. After our meal, we approached the owner to discuss the issue. Instead of addressing our concerns, he blamed us, claiming we hadn’t mentioned anything during the meal, which was untrue as no one asked us how our meal was. Overall, this experience left us feeling that our journey was not worthwhile. We hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously to improve their service and customer care in the future.
