I see my truck and my dad‘s truck next to each other with my dad standing in a blue shirt at 5:29 on the right. You all actually parked to the right of my gray Raptor!! Small world!!
We drove down from SC. We stayed at the Home 2 Suites at Cape Canaveral Cruise Port. They did offer shuttles to the terminal but I did not check and see if you could leave your car there and get a shuttle back. We drove to the terminal and parked. It was easy and very close.
It was a sloth and monkey excursion. We booked private with Roatán Five Stars. But there are several other private excursion companies that I hear are better than booking with the cruise.
Our last cruise was on Harmony of the Seas in Miami this past September. The Miami terminal for RCI was packed for boarding. It was like a cattle call. We both got Covid. How did you avoid crowded boarding? Did you get "The Key"?
So this was Port Canaveral. We did not buy the key and glad we did not. We picked our boarding time at check in and got 10:30. We got there at 10 and there was no line. Got on real fast. We even got off quick at all ports and departure. It was a great time.

@@pricefamilyadventures7228I have mine in Feb 2024. I check in like 3 after it was available and the earliest I saw was 12:00 in Port Canaveral in the same route you went. I’m wondering if it depends on the room you get.
@@jelisasanchezramirez2391 I am not sure. We stayed up till 12 am to check in and got the 10:30. I think there may have been times before that we missed. We only had balcony rooms nothing special. First time on Royal as well. But we still got in earlier than our time and were able to move right one b

We had two rooms. Oceanview for parents and baby and boardwalk view for the two teenage kids.

They were calling every one can board by like 10:30. It seemed pretty seamless.
