I agree with what you said regarding Christmas as a child verses as an adult with kids. When my kids were small I got SO much joy doing the christmas things like the night before when they were in bed, I would make it look like Santa came using flour or something and having boot prints in the flour (like snow) as if he was in the house, cookies and milk, ect. Then to watch them open gifts was so great. Enjoy the season!! Love from Wisconsin!

When I make cookies I always use parchment paper. Prevents sticking and preserves the life of the pan.
Christmas is always a very special time. When the children become adults & the grandchildren are now adults, you definitely miss all the excitement & festivities that the kids had. Such as Christmas programs, Christmas concerts at the school etc. Your videos preparing your home for Christmas have been very motivating. We actually put up & decorated the tree etc the day after Thanksgiving. First time, EVER!! 🎅🏻🎄🤶🏻 🦋❤️

Omg I'm 55 with 10 daughters. I love baby dolls. I bought my daughters reborn dolls. However, you got a better deal. Back when I bought them the cheapest were 200.00. We also collected AG dolls. They are going to be excited!!!

We had the glow in the dark magic track for our oldest son when he was that age and it was so neat.
Also we currently have the red bouncy ball for our five year old and it’s a hit. He plays with it all the time.

Kelly, every year there have been some wholesome feel good Christmas movies that I have just had to re-watch that are on RUclips for free. They are as follows; The least of these (features Loretta Lynn's niece) The Christmas Oranges, Christmas for a dollar, Home by Christmas and the last one is called A street cat named Bob. The last one is a true story and the statue is in Covenant Gardens in England and although it isn't a vulger rated R movie, it does tackle a heavy subject of addiction and how this cat helped this young man so I wouldn't watch it with the kids but it just is a movie that was released during Christmas and is a movie of hope and overcoming addiction. I hope you take a look at a few of these movies all on RUclips 🦋

Try using Parchment paper on your cookie sheets, and that helps them not stick. National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation is my favorite Christmas movie. Daddys Home 2 is another good one. 😊🎄

They are dehydrated like the luck charm’s marshmallows, you can order them online or if you have a specialty bake shop in your area they may have them. I saw an Allrecipes short the other day and they took canned whipped cream and made piles on a cookie sheet and froze them. Before they froze them they put sprinkles on them and when they had a cup of hot chocolate they would just take one out and put it on the top of the hot chocolate. I thought of you and your children when I saw that 🦋🦋

I really miss shopping for my boys at Christmas; they are grown now with kids of their own. The grandchildren are older now too and it's just not the same as it was when they were younger. Those cookies look delicious; I may have to try that recipe for Christmas. 🦋🦋🦋🦋
