Excelent! Even though i've never touched drum brakes i feel now capable of doing that! I'm becoming atached to this bikes simplicity and economy but in my country they only sell the wave 110i with alloy wheels not spoked and no chain cover! But one of this days i think i'll trade my expensive 2006 bandit 1200 for one of this machines
+farmoboy83 Thanks you for your detailed response. Note that Cub is a Cub, in every displacement, even 110 cc, there are similar principles. Cos that the same motorcycles family. Your cast wheel it is also an excellent wheel. It is easier to cleaning the chain without the chain cover. It's all depended on the point of view. And Bandit1200 is bandit1200. I wish you many more enjoy riding on your bandit1200. If you have no Motorcycle Mechanics Certification, it's a bad idea to try to fix it alone! please go to qualified mechanic! Thanks.
@@mariomihai5845 It depend on how much do you use it?? Or is it used aggressively? My drum is still working well after 45,000 km, during this period I think I changed the pads about 4 times.

I have a question I have a 83 c70 passport an I was doing the rear drum brakes got everything apart an took off I look an a metal spindle like a bearing fell from the bike couldn't figure out were it went even the book didn't show anything an put it bake together an the chain come off the sprocket is kinda worse down but not much but I was wondering if those chains stretch over time an of u could give me some advice
Thank you for the comment. It is very difficult to give advice over the internet, only a mechanic who sees and feels the problem closely can give an opinion on the subject. Yes, the chain stretches over the time until the stage it is needed to replace it. For safety reasons, I advise you to contact a qualified mechanic to help you solve the problem.
My INNOVA Motorcycling yeah I know if I could post pics I would send a picture but I don't think the bearing was meant to be there anyway an striped the axle stud bolt getting a new one new chain cause it was grinding through the guard an gonna see how it goes
My INNOVA Motorcycling yeah it's the bearing at 7 min 12 sec any idea the name of that one an when I fit in my axle stub it won't go on but thanks for the helpful info
See the attached link for Figure F12, page 111. There is the internal spacer[SLEEVE], part number 6. And there is the spacer that comes from outside[COLLAR]. In the booklet the COLLAR is in its wrong place, part number 7. www.boonsiewhonda.com.my/part-centre/shared/products/291/Wave125SUltimo.pdf The correct place of the COLLAR is illustrated here ruclips.net/video/Xyjdnz1lORg/видео.html
Try to see if the next section helps you(at time 5 :05), maybe the spacer fell and you didn't bring it back to its place? ruclips.net/video/Xyjdnz1lORg/видео.html and here too ruclips.net/video/Xyjdnz1lORg/видео.html

Maybe a kind of foam-plastic or another sponge that resistant to oil?
