@@PeterMackett Peter I remember this book very well, cut on ivory/white card. It was on loan from Frank Lythgoe, and toured with Whites for many years, don't know if Frank ever got it back. I seem to remember John Payne's stamp on it? I may be wrong, so many years ago.
It's actually two marches by Myddelton, the second one is " A Wounded Friend"

I think its a James tiller arrangement.
@@RaggyAl1971 No, this is the Charles Chiappa arrangement, the Louis Blache one is basically the same but with less percussion.
