So, Enis, if a driver fails the drug test, which parties are notified? FMCSA? Employer? DMV? what are the ramifications of a positive drug test for the CDL holder?
When the drivers fail the drug test, the testing agency will first notify the driver and then the employer. Both testing agency and the employer have to notify the FMCSA about it.
Hi Enis, I have already create the account but I didn’t but the drivers information. But I want to add them now but there is nothing showing I can added what should I do?
As a owner/operator, will you register as a employer or driver? Or both ?

You have to register as both and have 2 accounts. One as employer, one as driver.

Bro im an owner operator, and have registered as employer and driver. do i need to have a TPA conduct a query for me? DOT inspector is giving me a hard time with this.
You need to do a query for yourself as an employer would do with any other driver. If someone else is doing it on your behalf, then yes. They need to do a query on you as a driver.

If you are a owner/operator do you sign up as a driver and is it required for owner operators?
It's required for owner operators who have their own authority. You would create a driver account and an employer account and check yourself as a driver. If you are leased to someone else, that carrier will have to check you our as a driver.
How did you get started ? I do dispatch but for car service I’m trying to switch to trucking
