These are rodents belonging to, Genus: Castor Family: Castoridae. Highly intelligent, very gentle, semiaquatic, second largest living rodents, that modify their habitat. Truly shows sense like an engineer, when it comes to building dams with sticks, branches, saplings, rocks, etc.... These dams provide fresh/new habitat for various aquatic creatures. I can't convince myself that these beautiful and cute little creatures developed this thinking ability by random chance, adaptation, or mutation. It just doesn't add up how the knowledge of successfully building a dam would be in their animal brains.
