Yes all recordings has a WOW & Flutter. This is because their is no perfect speed. Some wow and flutter we cannot identify because it is very minimal. For short if you buy an album the recorded songs has already wow and flutter. Their is acceptable wow and flutter and audible wow and flutter due to damage mechanism of a player, dirty heads, dirty pinch roller, dirty gears, loose belt, fluctuating power supply etc....
