    My go to meal post workout meal Wendys triple Cheesburger with a can of sardines and baked potatoe washed down with EAA in plenty of water. Over 100 gram protein. Satiating. I am oldest Geezer under barbell at Ymca. 🙏🏻👹🏋🏻🏊‍♀️
