awesome video Zach, what date you ran Green Wall? We ran it on May 4th and went from 750-2750 in a single night, what a ride thru Green Wall, hit the wall at the exit and became new members of Illinois swim team. What a special river this is! My video is on youtube too if you are interested.

Trippy underwater video. I found myself ducking my head so as not to hit the rocks. Thanks for sharing Zach!

Ouch. Hard to watch you hit that rock, Zach. Hope you’re well.

Also, recovering and flipping over a gear raft in less than 3 minutes is super impressive

So sweet! I've yet to flip unintentionally so I've got to get out there and get messy

Those who have, and those who will. I’m still in that second group with you. We had a flip on the MFS last year and being a part of the recovery helped me feel more comfortable with my crew. (We had a pretty quick re-flip on that one!)

I'm sure I will at some point but I'm not pushing myself too much

How many people were needed to help flip that loaded 16’ back over? Did Zach belly flop on that rock under the surface of the rapid?

Very impressed with the quick recovery and flip back over. Anyone can flip, but not everyone can right their boat so quickly

It's easy as heck to flip there. A boat in our group did the same thing. Fortunately it was a lightly loaded 4 person paddle boat. I many ways harder to nav, than the Big one.

Cool to see you working that line against the rock. In the last run, you hit it and hardly needed any oar strokes to clear the rock downstream. Maybe a little too left and I’m sure the lower flow probably makes that hole “flippier”. Thanks for sharing.
