I think it's high time we admit "we don't know God" like we think we do! And there is no established pattern we can DICTATE and ask him to "step in and follow". For God uses "whom so ever he chooses" and the SPIRITUAL AMONG US ought to recognize the anointing - without attempting to "chasten and correct it" while it MOVES in front of our face! Missing it is one thing, and trying to glaze over the fact you did is another. With great humility and respect - I hold the work of Iyanla Vanzant! She is gifted and anointed as well. But let's be clear: we are but "a vessel" and God himself directs the flow. We are to "flow with it" if in fact we seek his wonders to be performed. Nobody dictates the flow of "spirit" but "spirit". You can if you choose but you will only get "your results" not "spirits". So let us strive for that which will serve us all.

I watched that episode with DMX on Fix my life and one thing I notice more than anything else and that I notice again now with all the tributes pictures and videos that his love ones and fans are showing of him on social media is that he was a man a human being that Loved So Fiercely! He wasn't loved enough by those who raised him with the exception of his grandmother she was his saving grace. But X he is a man who always wanted to be Loved and give Love in return. I know this for sure this is why I always resonated with X I brought his first album when i was 16 years old and im not a person who has been through the kind of extremes that this man has but I can relate to the anger he felt the loneliness he felt the displacement cause I experience those things in my life as well during that time and i would listen to his words and his prayers on that album because his love is what brought me through. God Bless this King I don't care what this man did or didn't do X will always be pure perfection to me because despite how life and people treated him. He Valued Himself Enough ! To Do Right By Himself !!!!! by being 100% authentically himself. And always gave God his due along the way. Cause in the end.... That's the only thing that truly matters the relationship with your Self and the relationship with the God you serve. RIP to DMX peace love light and healing to his family. Love ones and his fans

Secondly, I adore Iyanla. She tells it like it is. Everything she said about us regarding healing is 100% factual. Queens, let's step into our Queendom!
Such a good interview, whenever Ms. Vanzant speaks she always leaves droplets of wisdom, along the way. Her words on behalf of the late DMX’s struggles, demons, and ultimate passing were very touching...🌟🙏🏾💛
Ppl went on her show & fought against her procedures & lesson plans but they help me!!! Thank you Iyannla!!!! Some ppl can't handle the truth!!!! They should went on Family Feud instead!!!!
Great discussion 👍🏾 Love Iyanla 💜 Rest In Power DMX the Legend ✊🏾
She did not lie when she said we are not ready smh we definitely are not
And nobody "paid attention to it." Yep, I lived here in Atlanta with an full list of black politicians back in the 1990's. Yes, you're correct. Nobody paid attention, not even black politicians.
Politicians don't care about ANYONE but themselves.
Politicians only care about money and themselves....
Love this human being so much 🙏🏽🙌🏽❤! I've been listening to Ms Iyanla for over a year (through COVID...) on Saturday mornings (RUclips) and her books are nothing short of a God-send. ✊🏽🇵🇷❤
Beautifully said about DMX. Love him so much! RIP.
"Beat a drum, say a prayer, light a candle"... nothing but honor and respect!
Thank you for relevant, penetrating, and respectful discussion! There is such wisdom here. Thank you for this blessed episode--this is excellent content! So accurate! And the format is professional and engaging. Bravo!
DMX has 17 kids. Pray for his family.
I wonder what is the actual number. I’ve read 15 in several different articles. 11 from miss Iyanla and now 17 from you
Knowledge is key❤️to understanding.
Yes it is.
IF U DON'T KNOW. U CAN'T GROW❤
Great Interview, a moment with a Rich black womans Spirit..
Along with healing, I hope she continues her Master Peace line 🙏🏽
'He was paid to remain in his dysfunction." I don't believe it was as simplistic as this.
Of course, there's more to it. It was clear to me that that's the case. What did you miss?
He was given crack mixed in his marijuana as a child by the person he looked up to. Learning this is just too sad. But it made me understand that it wasn't something he just messed around with during his career. He had never known another way of relief...He knew God and im grateful for that. Rest in Love Earl
13:27 Real Talk. Her level of self-awareness, clarity and integrity are beautiful to witness. Yes - we MUST to life differently.
Love, love, love Iyanla, respect her, and expected this honesty, truth, and tenderness towards Earl Simmons. "I love you enough to tell you the truth". May Mr. Simmons rest in peace. And may Iyanla continue to be blessed, walk in her truth, and impart her knowledge to all who will receive.🥀🥀🥀
Iyanla is talking real truth. 😍
Earl Simmons has 15 children I believe... perhaps a few more were born after Iyanla saw him
He said 17 on his interview with Talib Kwele
@@IandiBoats woah
@@alb7844 As long as he actually raised all of those children and was there for them on a day to day basis.
@@IandiBoats
I wonder if all 17 are his biological children. Guess it doesn't matter since he claimed them all
"Rest In Peace And Power Brother Dark Man X" 💜💜💜💜 " I lost my Mother and 2 Sisters to drug addiction. 😢

This was so good!
"Not trying to do TV!" is what blessed me...
“He is free”. ❤️💯
Iyanla is so right w/WAP being the number one rap song on the charts for weeks.
They took advantage of an opportunity, they know the state of our communities.
SAY IT AGAIN IYANLA. WE ARE BLACK, RED AND BROWN!!!
Thank you for your ministry.
Respect, I have told everyone that has brought up something that happened 7 years ago, any one having a inappropriate dig at him or you, Grace is just needed , No one did wrong, it was addictive, You had to stand your ground, so please thoses bringing up a pass tv show, Learn grown, love and allow compassion to them both
Bless them Both !!
Free from drugs, free from ppl taking advantage of him, free from responsibility, free from child support....RIP DMX
Free from your sarcasm.
@@Cper2000 👀
Free from child support....you think that’s funny? He fulfilled his destiny and you would not have said it to his face. A lot of those women were not looking for a father fir their children or a husband. They were looking at his fame and he knew it.
@@AmateurAthleteAllDay I admitt,I put my foot in my mouth,I spoke too soon,please 4give me...I'm sorry
Beautifully said xx
Yes “men in skirts 👗 “ I was guilty of being overly aggressive
IMO, "The Value in the Valley" is one of Ms. Vanzant's best guides for introspection and getting your $! together (along with therapy).
Long live the Legend . Ayana you are amazing as well 🙏🏽 thank you all for this
Beautiful soul iyanla...
Amen Iyanla, Earl Simmons aka the great DMX "is free". Praise God 🙏🏾🙌🏾
Yes stop accommodating bad behavior. No more rewards for bad behavior.
Can be applied to the whole human race
I really wanted to hear her take and view on DMX. It’s crazy bc she told him you’ll never be able to speak me to again and that holds true unfortunately.
I really like this lady and her show I will miss her.
This was great, thank you.
Love her or hate her, Ms. Vanzant is speaking the truth here.
I love and respect Iyanla Vanzant. You are so amazing. I am looking to her workshops.
Beautiful words Ms. Iyanla
The brother fought a good fight.. 😢. RIP 👑
Great interview as always I enjoy her nuggets
"He was Paid to 'Remain' in a Dysfunction."...
Wasn't that deep and profound enough for all of us to take in? I totally agree, although, I truly believe after seeing him on Drink Champs or Revolt TV he was in a better state of mind, and " something" happened since then...ijs
That was PROFOUND!!!
X was actually smarter than that in my opinion
Paid meaning gangsta rap is a sellout
Prof. Hunter you have to have I.V. on again! You ask such great throughtful questions! You and her is great dialog like Dr. Carr and you. ❤
I love Iyanla❤
The dysfunction is out of control. 💔
“Bring my own water 🚰” yes 🙌🏾🤣
I love her show. I need iyanla😭😭😭😭
Big Mac and a sweet tea. 👏🏾👏🏾
His struggle is NOT all he was. EVERY ONE Of US have struggles but the difference is OURS IS NOT PUBLIC. The reason for forgiveness and mercy is why we STAY OFF the topic of peoples struggles. Thats Gods job
Someone tell Iyanna to get her RUclips up. She doesn’t have to be on tv 📺 she can turn off comments if she wants to
She has a youtube channel
We as women need get get deeper in our being and discover who we are. Oy is and inside job.
He has 15 children, 😝🤗
