Notice the video (part 10) Saturday night the day before I went to Statfold Barn on the Sunday as I was looking at some research to see which layouts were there. Which is how I found your video on this layout and seeing it at Statfold Barn. It was a nice layout and was also nice to talk to you as well. Great video and looking forward to watch the rest of the videos.
Hi there, I’m looking forward to this build, you got me started into 009 miniature railways. I’m attending Statford along with my son. Looking forward to meeting you and the railway. Have fun. 🚂👍
Tony's Trains is a dangerous shop, every time I go in my wallet gets lighter! I'm gutted I cannot make it to Statfold this year as I am at a wedding. I went last year and it was a fantastic day, I preferred it to Warley. I hope you are able to exhibit this somewhere else later in the year as I already want to see this in the flesh
Thats very tue lol. As for Exhibiting, we will see if people find the layout interesting on this show and will see if I am lucky enough to be asked back to a layout in the future :)
Don't want to tread on any toes here, but do you fancy some very precise 009 GWR slate wagons. Knocked up the 3D model as a printer test over Christmas, not sure what to do with them, I also have a coach. I can remodel that if you have drawings/reference. As for the detail and quality..... well if you can please the "scalefour society" your doing something right.
Another great video Tris mate. I like the look of the scale model scenery baseboards and I think I'll give them a go. Looking forward to the next video.
Inspiring stuff. With so much good quality ready to run 009 models available it really feels like a great time to build a narrow gauge layout. Looking forward to seeing how you progress.
Been looking at these boards for my Freight yard build and after seeing how well they went together I will get some ordered. Already had some bits from Scale model scenery and great items
This is great! Nice to see Tony on video, his stand at shows is always good and his site too, I'm looking forward to visiting his shop in person one day. I saw he was at Doncaster and fully intended to visit his stand but the day turned out a little crazy and I ran out of time. This is an exciting challenge though, Tris - best of luck, I'm looking forward to seeing how this turns out. Statfold Barn show is now in the calendar
Hi Tris, looking forward to the progress. Tony's Trains looks like the proverbial Aladdin's Cave. Nothing like a well-stocked model railway shop is there?
Slightly jel of this idea of building a layout for a show!
Hi Tris. Looking forward to were you imagination takes you.
My acting skills are shocking! Looking forward to seeing the build progress though :) Great to have you on board!

But you are 100% you, the same on RUclips as in real life... Living the dream - keep it up fella!

Good Luck Tris, looking forward to seeing your progress.
One locomotive I would Love to see in OO9 is Satfold Barn Railway No. 11 'Fiji'. This narrow gauge tender locomotive needs to be in OO9 scale.

This looks interesting. I've had a notion to do a diorama, so watching you build this one will maybe fire me up to do something. Thanks

He is a great guy who is very down to earth so you can always have a good conversation with him.

Absolutely I do enjoy visiting him
Hi Neal. Do you have a link to the long wall brackets used? I've been considering a shelf layout and these would be perfect.
These are just off Amazon, type in strong industrial brackets. I can’t add a link for some reason?
@@OONeal no worries. Thank you so much
