5:55 Spot on! If a fresh, citrusy fragrance smells so good but just doesn't last, perhaps it's just the most perfect formula the perfumer can come up with. Can't sacrifice the natural smell for an oomph of longevity, adding loads of fixatives to do so would ruin the smell. Great review mate. I’ve blind bought 2 Niche fragrances containing Fig. These are Fico Di Amalfi and Nishane Wulong Cha. Both are absolutely incredible.
Great review, just blind bought the big bottle on Amazon , leaving for Italy on the 20th, will be in Positano and parts of Sicily . I’m trusting your judgement for my vacation sent . lol also going to carry it in an atomizer for a post 4 hour refresh. Great job thank you !
Hi Joe! Love your wonderful reviews! Absolutely agree, Fico di Amalfi is a masterpiece of an amazing house and very affordable. Fico is so juicy, bright and it's perfect for those looking for a fresh nice office scent as well. I have a sample of Colonia Sandalo Concentrée Acqua di Parma and I love the way it smells.
I haven't smelled those others but have their discovery set and do love the Colonia line from it! Really looking forward to digging into more from them. Thanks for the comments!
Recommendations to check out that I rarely if ever see any videos on - Chanel Pour Monsieur and Chanel Egoiste (not platinum Egoiste, although that’s good too). Two incredible fragrances that aren’t well known.
Good review, I need to order this, been meaning to for a while, but you finally convinced me to get a bottle for the spring. I just ordered a discovery set from another Italian house, Santa Maria Novella', interested if you've heard or sampled any of their scents.
I haven't heard of them but am absolutely curious! The name of the game for me this year is to go wide and discover new stuff. Let me know if it's worth it once you get your set in!

does it last longer if u spray on clothes? Or does that mess with the smell?
I think that's a perfectly acceptable way to extend it. doesn't mess it up to me. i often will tag my shirt once or twice for that reason

Hermes has the most realistic perfumes , GIvree and Jardin Series are way better than this Amazing Fico di Amalfi .
