Kindly share spreadsheet. The video is very informative. Though I had mutual fund investment experience of more than a decade, I have never come across such parameters to consider. I am watching all your videos and a subscriber too.
Hi Rahul, I have become a big fan of you, wonder how I missed your videos all these days. Your analysis on each topic you present is awesome and amazing. For a person who is new to investing in stocks, your advice helps me take the right decisions. Thank you for all your efforts.
Great Presentation to adopt the methodology to select the best performing Mutual fund. Kindly share the latest spread sheet to select best funds for 2023
Hello Rahul, Thanks for the video. Past performance is not indicative of future results at least that's the best deciding factor data we have in hand. Most mutual funds available these days on Zerodha are Direct only. Bigger AUM is NOT better instead moderate size should be preferred. Especially with small-cap funds because the liquidity of these stocks is limited. See Quant fund for instance. They were able to generate remarkable CAGR in the past with smaller AUM. Now for their current size the returns are not as it used to be. Churn on bigger AUM funds will contribute a lot of volatility in the case of small-cap funds.
Hi Rahul, Thanks for this nice video and it's truly a excellent one. Do you have any analysis for 2023 as the Axis performed well in 2022 but not in 2023 and that shifted to other MF in Small cap category. If possible can you please make a video for 2023 as last video released a year before.
Amazing Content. Thank you for sharing. 4:43 AUM criteria is different than discussed in Part-4 video of this series. Part-4 criteria for AUM is more relevant. right?
Hi Rahul , Can i select Mutual fund for SIP also going through this Factors ? When i tried to download the file from Money control , there is performance tracker and SIP performance tracker as well available and the values for both are different , thats why i have this question ... All MF SIP 1 Year returns very low and 3 & 5 returns very high compare to Benchmark . Is there any other way like this for me to find a good mutual fund to do as sip?
Hi Rahul, i am listening your videos about stock market from last few months and now i want to join your youtube community. But i can not pay through google pay, as i m out of india. What would be another way of payment? Thanks and regards, Manju
I am watching this in mid 2024, so the question is how to get the latest data to do this analysis ? What about other categories like large cap, and midcap ?
Coming back to this video after almost 1 yr CAGR of axis, kotak, canara all fall under 25% Whereas tata and nipon small cap fund have given 42% cagr Were all these analysis really worth it?
Thank you Rahul sir but what was the reason you have removed or didn't consider TATA SMALL CAP FUND. While you were explaining parameter no 7, i noticed TATA SMALL CAP was not there.
