    Hi everyone, I wanted to bring into simple terms the main things that are causing high blood pressure. Don't overlook the dehydration issue. Most people nowadays drink a lot of coffee soda and alcohol which simply dries out the kidneys and raises blood pressure. All the best in your health journey. Ryan & Hannah. 💚

    Very good, but some of us cannot afford Panda massaged beef or grass fed cheese. I avoid carbs, starches and sugars, eat supermarket meat, eggs and cheese, nuts, huge amounts of veggies, a little fruit, and seeds. I eat canned oily fish and some processed canned meats. I also walk most days for at least half an hour. This diet ( lifestyle change) over 2 years has allowed me to drop 3 stone of weight and come off 3 out of 4 bp meds. Currently around 140/90. I am not concerned with these levels at all.

    Another great video Ryan, with very valuable content. I recently commented on another of your videos extolling the virtues of chia seeds in bringing down blood pressure, but a few weeks on, I would certainly suggest caution in using them, as my bowels have not been the same (apologies, I hope people don't mind that comment!). I now restrict my daily intake to around half a teaspoon of chia and soak them in high calcium almond milk overnight, to reduce the oxalate levels
    The comment regarding hydration is a great one, as I don't think it is mentioned often enough. I know for a fact that my 'sub optimal' hydration (ha ha) has affected my blood pressure throughout my life. Keep up the good work as always!!

      @rashidm65 I was told caffeine combined with the sugar is a no go. Spent this past weekend in hospital due to chest pain. After numerous injections for BP, EKGs, blood drawn every 3hrs, xrays and and an ultrasound which showed sclerosis and thickening of heart valve I'm stearing clear of coffee and sugar. Stress doesn't help either.

    The real causes is FAD deficiency. We can't use oxygen without FAD. Our metabolism is controlled by the availability of oxygen: the more FAD the more oxygen is used. And it is controlled by thyroid hormone (T3). The more T3 the more FAD is produced so more oxygen is used (more ATP is produced).
    Nitric oxide production's last step is putting oxygen on nitrogen but we can't do it without FAD.

    Please re-evaluate your recommendation to take 20 000 iu of D3. I was told by a health professional to take 2000 each day. I've tried higher doses that have an adverse effect on my sleep quality.

    • @RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies
      @RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies  20 дней назад

      Unfortunately lower amounts do not have really any effect. The guidelines are completely outdated. 20,000 ius is about the same as 40 minutes of sun exposure. So it takes a higher dose to help lower blood pressure, especially since most people don't absorb it very well. It's possible you were taking it at the wrong time of day and it affected your circadian rhythm. 💚

      @@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies I started with vitamin d3 close to 20 years ago when addressing the seasonal depression that hits me as the days get shorter. I'm on the wet coast of British Columbia, Canada. The sun might not shine between October and May, so I started with the suggested 2000 iu daily dose. This helped a great deal although I get progressively less and less energetic as the days get shorter. Looking for further improvement, I added another 1000 iu. All this did was affect my sleep. I won't be doing that again, even if you say it will lower my blood pressure. I'm weaning muself off morning coffee, only using it as a pre-athletic boost before tennis, squash and hockey

    It is a big lie that high blood pressure is due to the narrowing and stiffening of the arteries! If my arteries are already narrowed why, sometimes, the tension is like that of a pilot!? :) So the cholesterol deposited on the arteries is there now and tomorrow it won't be there anymore? I think that the medical world is "whining" for the simple reason that they have an interest in keeping us dependent on their crappy medicines, and I also think that they don't know exactly what causes essential hypertension, which 80% of the world's population suffers from

    • @RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies
      @RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies  Месяц назад

      Because sometimes you have more nitric oxide which is helping to widen them. But then they tighten up again when it fluctuates through the day. Essential hypertension in my opinion is mostly caused by cortisol (stress) and insulin resistance from eating too many refined foods.

    • @Breezeyogi
      @Breezeyogi 27 дней назад

      Cholesterol does not get deposited "on" the artery wall. Rather, it gets deposited inside the inner wall of the artery and causes what's akin to a pimple, and the problem starts from that.

      The metric system is pushed on people without discussion from the Romans to Napoleon to the EU.

Now metrics are being forced in through the back door by people slipping them in youtube videos. Why not think and act for yourself instead of following every crowd? What the whole world is doing is determined by small groups of people.
