Hi everyone, I wanted to bring into simple terms the main things that are causing high blood pressure. Don't overlook the dehydration issue. Most people nowadays drink a lot of coffee soda and alcohol which simply dries out the kidneys and raises blood pressure. All the best in your health journey. Ryan & Hannah. 💚
I usually have a Gatorade packet before bed. The difference is I add a 1/4 teaspoon of No-Salt (Potassium). My blood pressure came into line fast. I also supplement Magnesium every day before bed too.
Another great video Ryan, with very valuable content. I recently commented on another of your videos extolling the virtues of chia seeds in bringing down blood pressure, but a few weeks on, I would certainly suggest caution in using them, as my bowels have not been the same (apologies, I hope people don't mind that comment!). I now restrict my daily intake to around half a teaspoon of chia and soak them in high calcium almond milk overnight, to reduce the oxalate levels The comment regarding hydration is a great one, as I don't think it is mentioned often enough. I know for a fact that my 'sub optimal' hydration (ha ha) has affected my blood pressure throughout my life. Keep up the good work as always!!
Yes,, great if you can afford the cost of grass fed cheese and extra virgin olive oil and other suggested food items Alas, most will have to live off tinned can and packet foods.
Just to put it into perspective. 20,000 ius is only 1/2 a milligram (500mcg). Equivalent to going outside in the sun for 40 minutes. I've been taking the dose for years, along with several family members. No vitamin D toxicity, even when I have high sun exposure. There is a lot of research out there but it's been suppressed unfortunately by big Pharma. 💚

All in all a good video. I just don't believe there's enough solid research to recommend 20,000 IUs of D3 daily at ant age.
