Trust me, once you have a shitty one like that, and even something slightly better, you will realize how shit it is. The only kinda good side is that you really don't need to pop much at all. Basically, just the wrist movement could get one of those bottom of the barrel boards in the air

paying $250 for a small ass toy,,, I cannot defend that at all even as a hobby bruh most skaters pay around that much for their actual, real skateboard.
As someone who has fingerboarded for years as a teen, then recently picked it up again as filler hobby...i was shocked at the difference between tech deck & enthusiast boards. They pop better, show wear more realistically, the foam grip is light years better (IMO). Even bought a few strips of traditional grip for one of my fingerboards and I dont use it, foam is where it's at. Sure it makes it easier, but who cares? Foam grip isnt going to have you nollie flip+crook if you can barely ollie. Skills required in either caragory. Teak & skull boards have great options, with Teak having regular sales on some down to as little as $10-$11. Even the lower-end destroy a tech deck.
Here in Brazil, the 2 dollar finger skate would be 20 reais, which is only worth 4 dollars there. In this case, mine costs 10 reais or 2 dollars, came without sandpaper, with a manual, and already assembled (I wanted to assemble it to feel like a real skateboarder.)
I mean, to be fair the $2 example was a rundown tech deck from the early 2000's given that tech decks don't even have the same logo anymore on the griptape, and this was clearly a lazy setup bc there isn't even holes for the truck screws through the foam griptape. Do better if you're trying to advertise your product while comparing them to others that have been around forever.
attually have two of your boards, they are very affordable and are very nice for the price. This is coming from someone who has multiple black river board set ups :)
Just get a cheap wood deck, Any grip tape, some decent bearing wheels and longboard/ or wide tech deck trucks and some rubber tuning and your good to go
Okay, this is what’s wrong with this vid. 1: ur using a tech deck from 2012 2: the tech deck has metal trucks 3: all trucks are tunable 4: you put the grip over the trucks 5: you probably took 10 tries to get the kickflip test
I’ve bought 2 decks from you guys and the quality was a lot worse than it looks like it from the video. Im wondering if you guys changed designs so that the graphic isn’t paper anymore

was just about to comment that
You do realize fingerboarding is very different from skateboarding, right?

I would take that $2 tech deck any day. Using the wide ass newer ones with the foam is like riding a bike with training wheels.
I mean its ur choice but the 20$ is a million times better and its still a fingerboard
I mean, the $2 looks more like a skateboard, but the $20 is an actual fingerboard.

Why dont you just buy an actual board

150 foam grip taps for 12$ you could sand a wooden board down to shape then you can get every thing else in a tech deck build kit

This tech deck is from like 2005 they have updated there design since then
bearing wheels- $15, trucks-$23, deck-$20, bushings-$14, Griptape- $10 bc you gotta but them in groups so in total its at least $72 minimum
I thouth that a real skateboard😂💔
What
But that's because the $2 one is the old version of the tech decks, you can tune the trucks on the newer tech decks 😅😅

in brazil a good fingerboard costs around 250$ to 300$, i rather have the cheap tech deck 🙂
Fun fact techdeck finally change to metal trucks
