Judicial Service Commission Constitutional Court Judge Interviews

The Judicial Service Commission is re-running interviews for two Constitutional Court judge positions.
The JSC agreed to the re-run after a legal challenge from the Council for the Advancement of the South African Constitution, which argued that the original process was flawed.

I would recommend that public education on the Constitution and the Bill of Rights should be the Role of the Human Rights Commission as opposed to the Constitutional Court.
With regard to Ground Breaking Judgements, members of the public in particular, MPs, MPLs, Public Servants, University Students, etc. should access this information on Websites of various Courts instead of defocussing the Concourt on the most and critical Key Responsibility Area of Adjudication of the most complex and difficult matters that help to shape and improve our constitution.
