Some of the presented flags are official. True, they do not look very creative, so let's redesign them.

All our video features materials protected by the Fair Use guidelines of Section 107 of Copyright Act. When creating such videos we use free images and free to use green screen videos with other different video parts, edit them with Adobe Premiere Pro for creation new kind of sound and visual variations and effects.
Also, all free materials are used only to complement our main video idea, which we ourselves came up with.
Making a new flag with the flags of Mexico, Spain, Honduras, Cuba, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panamá, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Perú, Bolivia, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Dominican Republic would be a true challenge.

About the Portuguese Flag, here's what i could do:
🇵🇹🇧🇷🇦🇴🇲🇿🇬🇼🇬🇶🇨🇻🇸🇹🇹🇱🇲🇴
These are all flags that speak Portuguese. I would use them all for colors and help.
What colors these have in common?
🟥 Red
🟩 Green
🟨 Yellow
🟦 Blue
⬜ White
⬛ Black
The main flag would be Brazil (mostly because of the shapes), instead of Green i would change it to Red. Instead of the Yellow i would change it to White.
Instead of the Blue Sky in would remove the stars ans make the blue darker. And lastly, also put the Yellow Arminal Sphere (from Portugal's Flag).
Now, instead of written "Ordem e Progresso" i would put "Língua Portuguesa". The letters are in Black.
Another neat detail could be on putting some green leaves growing around Portugal's sphere.

Same with Brazil, the country with most Portuguese Speakers and with the biggest Population and Size out of all the countries that speak Portuguese

En español quedaron muchos países sin tener en cuenta, lo mismo que en inglés y francés.
La bandera de la lengua española sería enorme considerando que tiene de todo.
Digamos que tomaron a los dos paises hispanohablantes más importantes, uno es la cuna de la lengua y el otro es el que más la representa al ser el más poblado, igual que como hicieron con la del inglés

The stars in the portuguesa flag represents all the countries that speak portuguese, which are Portugal, Brazil, Timor-Leste, Guinea-Bissau etc

EDIT: A person in the replies has enlightened me to the fact that i am wrong, so just as a warning, Flanders DOES speak Dutch and is on the northern half of Belgium, i have confused Flanders for Wallonia, so the information on this comment is WRONG.

Hay islas donde el idioma no es el palauano, como por ejmeplo Angaur, donde tiene como oficial el idioma local y el japonés; debido a la fuerte influencia japonesa. En esas islas encuentras todo en japonés.
