I commented at the beginning of your ASMR physical exam journey a couple of years back how much effort and preperation I know you have put in to this! I have to do physical exams daily, and I remember how HARD it was to learn the anatomy, physiology, and each exam, etc.
You seem to do these effortlessly and without cuts in exam and notes now, quite impressive!

Let me tell you about the Lexus LX 570
On April 4, 2007, Lexus debuted the 2008 model year LX 570 at the New York International Auto Show. It was a complete redesign, and the first version to be debuted before its expected Land Cruiser counterpart. The design by Shinichi Hiranaka was approved in 2004, who also did the design update approved in 2010. It has a new UL EV-II certified 5.7 L 3UR-FE V8 engine. Power output is 286 kW (383 hp) with 546 N⋅m (403 lb⋅ft) of torque. The more powerful engine helps give an increased towing capacity of up to 3,900 kg (8,500 lb). The engine is tied to a six-speed sequential-shift automatic transmission with an all-new 4WD system which uses a Torsen center differential. just a quick tipp for your percussion:
If you want to do it correctly you have to press the middlefingers distal interphalangeal joint kind of firmly onto the patients body and then tap on your joint. this will create the sound you are looking for. the way you do it it is just a normal tapping sound and wont give you any information about the density of the tissue you are percussating on.
Anyways, i like your gentle voice alot.

for example, you can use percussion to examine the bottom lung boarders by moving further to the basal part of the thorax until the sound gets dampened since the air filled lung gives a better resonance. you can then ask your patient to breath deeply in and hold their breath and will see that this line goes further down.
In addition, correct auscultation spots for the heart are 2nd parasternal intercostalroom (ICR) right for aortic valve, 2nd parasternal ICR left for the pulmonal valve, 3rd parasternal ICR left for the erb spot (best overview over all valves combinded), 4th parasternal ICR right for tricuspidal valve and 5th ICR on medioclavicular line for mitralvalve. Even though this wont affect your asmr sound it will give a more professional look on your examination :)
