How To Create Electro & Acid Style Synths

In this video, we look at the synth work needed for that electro/acid/trance sound that’s in many productions today. If you’re looking to make synths that wouldn’t sound out of place on labels like Nuances De Nuit and Limousine Dream - this tutorial may be handy. We look at sound design, along with how to create gated synths and get your synths to ‘talk to each other’. For the first section we break down a loop that has been pre-made, and then we build something from scratch so you can see the writing process.
