FYI, get a shop vac if you all don't have one. Helps speed up small work. Plus if you have to clean out the SUV you got something to help with heavy cleaning there. Love it.

You should make prints of the kids hands. You cover their hand in glue and make a handprint of glue on a canvas. While the glue is wet you cover it in sand. Shake off the excess and you have a sand handprint of the first full summer at the Bay house.
You can get those baseboard heaters replaced! Would look so nice to have fresh ones
I totally agree with the slider door. When our kids were younger it was definitely a deterrent for them to try and open it. We had a pool, so it worked well. When they were older and more experienced around water, we then got a new one.
So fun seeing the transformation!

I know this isnt relevant to the main floor and living room but had to share. I got the idea when you were cleaning the boys room and seperating the bunk beds. What if you get day beds and line the wall and each has a trundle. Great for cousin sleepovers! You could just get beds against the wall without the sides (that normal day beds have) so it looks like a giant bed. Also king headboards are the length of twins so you could get cool upholstered king headboards mount it to the wall and push the twin beds up against it?

Everything is coming together, I love the table. I made the biggest mistake forgetting to clean my Tineco and the next time I used it, it smelled horrible. I swear it still smells a little when I use it now.

Hey love your videos love your new summer Home . I can relate to a lot of what you’re saying about cleaning and where you get your items and having different cleaning tools for cleaning, etc. I have a question though, where did you get that little crevice tool? you’re using in the sliders and have you tried I know I’m a holistic person and I make a lot of my own cleaners and products but at the same time I like the dollar tree foam window spray cleaner because you literally spray it and wipe and that’s it. You don’t have to go over it it doesn’t streak and it’s the best and I will always use it and like I said, I make my own cleaners and I use essential oils and make my own beauty products but anyway, I love that little crevice Tool you are using. I’m currently in an RV and it’s been hard to find something to use every day because I’m cleaning every day .Can you tell me where you got it and the name of it thank you so much. .❤😊

Baseboard heating. We have the same baseboards - we have oil fires hot water heating. And yes, they are super dust, nasty traps

Not crazy - we have a lake house, and when there are toddlers or small children in the family you have to watch them incessantly. They are fast and determined to get down to that beautiful water!
