we can only use music sharing to sena headset right? i've tried to connect with non sena bluetooth intercom and the music sharing didn't work. anyone have similar problem?
Nice. I assume this will work with gps app or any audio app that can do audio via Bluetooth. Say I have my phone doing music and gps navigation, but my friend only wants the navigation not the music. Or they like my music but not my navigator. Can that work?
I have the antenna up on both of my sena 20s, but when I share music, the sound on the 20s that is not connected to the music device lags. Why does this happen? How can I fix it?

Yes. Music sharing broadcasts the music (and navigation directions if played over Bluetooth) to a second 20s while intercom is active. My wife and I just figured this out. Pretty cool.
what is you both want to listen to the radio on both individual senas as I've tried pairing which works but when we both turn on the radios the pairing stops and we can't talk to each other?? what am I doing wrong
Perform a Factory Reset on your headset then pair the two headsets together again. The FM radio should not prevent you from talking to each other as the Bluetooth intercom has a higher priority which will cause it to mute the FM radio. If you are both using 20S headsets then you can talk to each other and listen to the FM radio at the same time using the Audio Multitasking feature. In addition, on the 20S increase the Intercom-Audio Overlay Sensitivity level so that when you speak in the microphone to talk to each other, the volume of the music will automatically go down.
The Music Sharing feature is included in the 10C. However, the method to using Music Sharing on the 10C is slightly different than shown in this video.

Chris mine was choppy/laggy too. until I used both the antennas. it comes out so clear now. I just noticed that the audio isn't as loud if I'm paired and sharing the same tune.

way to much crap to share music, but cool
Most of the video just shows you how to pair two intercoms. To share music just start playing and than hold button for 3 seconds.
music sharing is so choppy it shouldn't even be considered a feature
