I just meal prepped for the first time but i like my oats hot so i prep overnight oats and just heat it up im the am im struggling with eating healthy and not loosing weight because im not overweight but have a lot of allergies and cook a lot of wholefoods so meal prepping for the week helps me out but i eat about 2 portions of protein to keep me from loosing weight and looking sick so its a learning curve struggle good to kno im not alone
Congrats. Quick question have you tried using a protein shake for your overnight oats or premake the protien and use as your liquid for the Oats. Another option you could try is yogurt. Keep up the good work

Hey love! So usually I have leftovers, I just don’t like to pre make 5 salads anymore because the 5th day can kind of be a stretch for the lettuce. I eat the same thing on Friday, I just prep it that day if necessary. Saturday I try to make meals that will help me clear out my fridge so that I have room for Sundays groceries. Sunday I eat whatever I prep that day, I just don’t put it in a meal prep container for you to see it
girllll, i'm tired of me. every few months is the same shit, fad diet failed and back to square one or even heavier. This year i plan to go slow and steady; consistency
I’m also intuitive eating and strength training. I use food for fuel..and just make better food choices and enjoy fruits before 4pm.. down 13pnds!!

I think it depends on personal preference. My sister likes it right out the fridge. I like to heat mines up a little before I eat it.
