I’ve never been that into birkins for myself just because I have a very streetwear style, but I can appreciate them on others and WOW this one is such a stunner. The leather is so gorgeous-I think swift is much prettier than togo. And big bags are so in right now and only getting more popular so I think you’ll actually get more use out of this size this year than you have in the past!
Hermes and Chanel bags are the only ones that appreciate in value and never lose their value. During COVID, the supply chain got cut short and you could take a Chanel bag that was in decent condition and sell it for more than what a brand new one would cost. So, you made a great investment in this purchase!
I love that color and the Palladium hardware. It looks so fresh. June, you know it is not really that big of a bag. We are all just so conditioned by the micro trend, but bigger bags are making a comeback. With the bigger scale clothing, whether an oversized jacket or jeans, the bigger bag looks so cute on small girls. I think my favorite look on small girls is a short skirt or shorts, tight top, oversized blazer and white trainers and a bigger bag. You should totally embrace the 30 IMHO.
