You should change the name: First off, the record is not the highest basketball hoop - it is the shot into the Highest Basketball Hoop. Also, it is not a permanent basketball hoop. If you stuck it up there with a pole attached to it and left it there, then it would be a 'basketball hoop' in the sense of the term.
