Actually, i recorded the set originally in sun set because i also thought the same thing (and because the day of recording i was delayed so had to start later) but it came out too dark and grainy... maybe if i had the right camera and light set up... but this was just recorded with a gopro and a phone. So in the end i had to do a second recording, this time in the day! :)
