How did you remove that God awful nut to release the blade assembly? !
it's a backward nut so to unscrew it you have to rotate it clockwise

I feel like you have to get a tiny grinder in there to add facets onto the nut first to even get a grip

Where would one find new rubber seals though?
How do you even get the top nut off? Mine is on there pretty good but need to take it off to replace the blade.
Pour a little cooking oil from the bottom and let it sit bottom-up for awhile.
it's reverse threaded so turn top nut clockwise to remove
