Everything turned out well. My favorite is the basket, but the cutting boards are amazing. I liked the mirror with the white best and even didn't mind the blue.
Girl, you are not lying when you say once you get started crafting you accumulate more and more tools! I JUST started my crafting hobby this past fall and every time I see something that I want to try I have to go out and get the tool, material, and or supplies needed to complete it. As I got further into my hobby I went from Dollar Tree crafts to high end upscale flips and such. So that means from glue guns, paint, and Modpodge to hand drills, jigsaws, and table saws. 😄 I ran out of my allotted space real quick. Now I peruse You Tube looking for help figuring out how to organize everything. 😆
I absolutely love the cutting boards. I think I am going to try making them. I want to add a recipe to the front. Of each of my grandchildren favorite 🍲 and gift it to them. Looking forward to the videos that are coming. Thanks for sharing.
Cutting boards turned out nice, but I thought about adding more character to them so they appear "used" (darkened areas, dents & dings). Love your ideas!
The cutting boards are so pretty. Boy, your husband really trusts you while you have that saw right next to his fingers!!! The mirrored piece would look OK if you used it in a space with blue accents. It is still beautiful. I can't wait for the next projects.
I love how you decorate your home. I also like that you turn trash or thrift things into useful decor. My favorite of this video is your cutting boards.
I can’t pick because I loved them all. I’m so going to do the cutting boards and the blue on the mirror design doesn’t bother me in the least. It’s beautiful!
I have been living your channel! You are tastefully creative and your work is quality! Great ideas, and you are pleasant to listen to. So cute that you call him the Latina Engineer! Looking forward to more videos!
I love the cutting boards! So awesome. But, I think my favorite is the cigar box turned trinket box. Great job on all of your projects. Thanks for sharing.
You really are unique in RUclips’s world of DIYs for less. Your ideas are always doable, even if some of us aren’t quite as experienced or talented as you are. Still, there’s hope!
My favorite were the cutting boards! It ama, especially me how easy you make crafting look using power tools! You are awesome! 💕 Thank you I enjoy everything you do!
The humidor is beautiful. My husband has three, so maybe I can use one of his. Love, love the basket, you covered with the cording. Absolutely beautiful. The mirror is stunning. The cutting boards are gorgeous.💕😊
Thank you for showing that quick pop up photo in this video of the Pier One mirror dupe. I had purchased everything a while back and kept walking past it so right after I watched this video, I pulled everything out and made the mirror, it came out so beautiful. I will say that instead of painting the half beads one at a time, I took wide packaging tape and rigged up 2 long strips of it sticky side up onto some cardboard then I stuck the beads onto the tape. I stood over them and quickly swirled my brush over them and painted them in 2 minutes flat. Thank you for the continual inspiration you give to all of us :) Also, did you do a video of the gray floor in your sunroom? It looks gorgeous
The little mirrored project doesn’t look bad...maybe you can add white over the frame and wet distress it to help it tie in to your other pieces. Maybe you can use a little saw or something to take the backing off along the framed edge. All your other projects turned out cute too!
I thought you could try pouring some paint inside the blue box onto the mirror and tilting it until the mirror is covered. That way the reflection is gone. Then you can pour the extra paint out into a container and put the remainder of the paint back into the bottle. It's just an idea.
I really like the mirrored decor piece but I think I would definitely try to take the mirror out. Even it the mirror broke, you would still have a great architectural piece.
You're just so darn smart!!!! I do though have a couple ?'s that I have never seen addressed....🤔 PAINT BRUSHES!!!! ▪︎ Which to use for what projects ▪︎ Which to use with what paints ▪︎ What to use to clean them
Add a game table to dinning/ sunroom or even a small reading nook/office/homework station, for just alone time. Could also. Out several extra cozy chairs for coffee/wine talk with friends. Easy transition for going to conversation after a meal rather than talking around big table.
You did a great job! My only thought on the piece with the morrow is maybe to spray paint from the top in black before you painted with the white chalk paint. That way the spray paint takes the mirror out of the equation all together.
Cool projects. I love the cutting boards. I'm a sucker for a cool cutting board or vintage rolling pin. I love the behind the scenes of all the remodeling going on in y'all's house.
I have so many thrifted items that I have had for a long time. I need to start working with them. I love your cutting boards. The blue reflection would drive me crazy. I would make my husband figure out how to take it apart. 😜
The cutting boards look really great, I like the different shapes. About your mirror decor piece, I would try the sock with paint and get your finger in there. You don't have to paint everything just mostly the edges on the inside, or a small paint brush. I prefer the white paint, makes it stand out more. Thank you for sharing.
I think the décor piece with the teal colour gives the piece an extra dimension i think it looks great having three different colours it balances nicely if you ask me great tiny pop of colour to a b=very lovely piece of décor. I love all the pieces you made in this episode great work Yami.
Love the woven contact paper! All project turned out great. You could call it a time box, roll up newspaper from today the modpodge it to steal it. That might work better than trying to take the glass out & put you to risk 7 yrs bad luck!
Maybe you could add a cozy breakfast nook on one end or a small seating area with comfy chairs and small table to sit and have your morning coffee along with a coffee bar. Just some thoughts love what you do.
For the mirror box, I'd consider recolouring it to accent the blue... like a nice deep navy. I think if you found the right contrast it would look beautiful.
I'm totally going to make some cutting boards! I collect them from thrift stores and any other place I can find them and they're beautiful in farmhouse kitchens! 💜
Good ideas! On the mirror, it looks like it is pin nailed to the frame. I would try pushing it off from the front rather than prying it off in the back. Also, if you did break the mirror, you could just replace it with a painted board instead. The painted board could be another creative element to the piece.
Hi, loving the content. For the frame with mirror backing, ask Hubby to take the top facing off with a saw, paint the back white (or which ever to match the front) then put back in place, as you’ve put the extra sides around the frame you won’t see where you join it back up again. Hope that helps :)
You are so talented! I loved the cutting boards and what you did with the basket. I wrapped an old Easter basket with rope last year. I removed the handle and added rope handles at each end. I still have to cover the inside. The basket is pretty heavy now, but I do love the way it looks! I liked the mirror box better before you added the antiqueing wax. Have you thought about pouring some black paint on the inside to cover the mirror? It would no longer show the blue paint, but it would make the design of the white wood cut-outs pop.
I've always thought you were amazing, but to say you can amaze me each video is really a statement!! I loved them all but my favorite are all of the cutting boards!! I would try to get the mirror off to paint the blue on the back because it would drive me crazy too!! 💖❤
You are so creative! I love what you do! However, I’m a cook and I just don’t understand why you would have a cutting board that you can’t use. I love the overall look of them. With the correct wood and oil for the same amount of labor you could have something useful and it’s beauty would grow with time and use.
@@ruthpresutti4472 this was scrap wood that was soft and not meant to use as cutting boards. I also have several in my home already that I use for cooking and didn’t need any additional, so the purpose of these was solely for decor.
Great DIY'S! I think your framed frame looks beautiful. My favorite were the cutting boards they turned out beautifully. You mastered that jigsaw 😄I can't wait to see what you do with the sunroom. I too love sitting by my fireplace! Blessings Yami❣
Love the cutting boards my husband made me one u would have thought it was diamonds I was so excited love ur switch ideal with ur spaces love the challenges can’t wait to see what u come up with
Hi Yami I am by no mean any kind of crafting expert but I think if u remove the glass all together you can either leave it without a backing which I think would look amazing or replace the mirror backing with another backing board painted in white so the beautiful scroll work would stand out anyways whatever you do I am SURE will be gorgeous like everything you do 🥰
For the item you did with the blue color reflecting on mirror...maybe you can get a piece of patterned cardstock or fabric thru the openings to cover the mirror. Just a thought.
Check out my dining room makeover if you haven't seen it yet ruclips.net/video/OQmM410N-m4/видео.html
All were my favorite awesome
Everything turned out well. My favorite is the basket, but the cutting boards are amazing. I liked the mirror with the white best and even didn't mind the blue.
Thank you for the feedback!
I love that you showed something that didn’t work for you. Beginners need to know that things don’t always come out the way we plan.
Girl, you are not lying when you say once you get started crafting you accumulate more and more tools!

My kitchen is blue, so I'd just use it there. I really like it !!
I love the bread boards, but the greenish frame with the scripture is my faviorite.
I love how you to use ALL THE STUFF you have collected over years I have the same problem. Thanks for sharing. God bless
I’m definitely trying to make the best use out of them. I have a problem 🤪 this is me trying to fix it 🤣
Loved the box! The basket but oh my loved the cutting boards!!! Would love to have the patterns to try this!!!♥️♥️♥️
I absolutely love the cutting boards. I think I am going to try making them. I want to add a recipe to the front. Of each of my grandchildren favorite 🍲 and gift it to them. Looking forward to the videos that are coming. Thanks for sharing.
Oh that’s a great idea! I love that! I need to do that for my children as they get older. 🥰
I have several tubs with handles. Now I have a video to get me started. Thanks Yami!
Everything turned out great!!!
Even the cutout with the blue....it adds to it like a shadow.
Love how you used multiple items....sounds just like me! I have a little bit of everything! Lol!
Thank you for all your inspiration!!
Reuse / Repurpose!!!! I love how you do that!!! My favorite has to be the cutting boards. TFS!!!
Cutting boards turned out nice, but I thought about adding more character to them so they appear "used" (darkened areas, dents & dings). Love your ideas!
The Christmas tin turned rope basket is EVERYTHING! ❤️❤️❤️
I love the way the red bucket was made into a handy basket. It's beautiful!
I think I'll make some cutting boards myself. They're wonderful!
Thank you so much!!
I liked the mirror white, with the blue in the back. It looked very coastal!
I love your cutting boards. I love your honesty too! We all have crafts that do not turn out as we imagined!
first of all i LOVE your trash to treasure videos! my favorite today were the cutting boards they turned out fabulous
I love the faux cutting boards! I am so doing that as soon as the temperatures are above negative.
You can make anything turn out beautiful and look high end, Yami. I'm so glad I found your channel a few years ago. You're one of my favorite DIY'ers.
I appreciate that so much 🥰
I can’t pick because I loved them all. I’m so going to do the cutting boards and the blue on the mirror design doesn’t bother me in the least. It’s beautiful!
I liked the blue showing through. Gave another dimension to the piece which I like.
I have been living your channel! You are tastefully creative and your work is quality! Great ideas, and you are pleasant to listen to. So cute that you call him the Latina Engineer! Looking forward to more videos!
I like the reflection of the blue. It gives it more dimension.
Such a great way to use all that wood and make cutting boards ❤️
My favorite were the cutting boards! It ama, especially me how easy you make crafting look using power tools! You are awesome! 💕 Thank you I enjoy everything you do!
Thank you so much!
I was skeptical about the red plastic basket but I'm sold. It was beautiful.
I like the blue in the mirror and I like the brown on top of the white even more too. The blue on the mirror makes look more defined I guess.
Love love love all those cutting boards! That mirrored piece looks fine the way it is gives it a little pop of color 💜
You take so much time to make your projects. Thats why they look so high-end. Great job on all, Yami!
Thank you very much! Sometimes I might take too long. LOL!
I think the pop of color behind the mirror looks nice. The cutting boards look great. All your projects are amazing!
Maybe try pouring a little paint inside and rolling it around like the way it's done for vases.
Thanks! I’m definitely thinking about my options. 🤣
The humidor is beautiful. My husband has three, so maybe I can use one of his. Love, love the basket, you covered with the cording. Absolutely beautiful. The mirror is stunning. The cutting boards are gorgeous.💕😊
On the mirror box frame, just go back over with a dry white brush over the brown wax and omg it will be awesome 💗💗💗

I like the projects. I think people who see the mirror would not necessarily notice or be bothered by the blue reflection. So don’t stress yourself! 😉
I thought you could try pouring some paint inside the blue box onto the mirror and tilting it until the mirror is covered. That way the reflection is gone. Then you can pour the extra paint out into a container and put the remainder of the paint back into the bottle. It's just an idea.
My favorite was the basket covered with the rope. Love these video's.
I really like the mirrored decor piece but I think I would definitely try to take the mirror out. Even it the mirror broke, you would still have a great architectural piece.
You're just so darn smart!!!!
I do though have a couple ?'s that I have never seen addressed....🤔
PAINT BRUSHES!!!!

Those cutting boards are fantastic! Love love love them.
They are all very nice. Maybe a stencil design over the box with glass back. The blue is fine.
I have so many thrifted items that I have had for a long time. I need to start working with them.
I love your cutting boards.
The blue reflection would drive me crazy. I would make my husband figure out how to take it apart. 😜
Hola latina, I liked them all but more the cofre one, tissue box and the cutting board, blessings!!
Wow, that basket turned out beautifully.
Those cutting boards! Omg they are beautiful.
Good job using what you have at home. Cutting boards are my favorite.
I liked the mirror when it was white with the blue reflecting
I would definitely risk mirror breaking. You could paint the inside to be another color or metallic. Love your ideas.
The cutting boards look really great, I like the different shapes.
About your mirror decor piece, I would try the sock with paint and get your finger in there. You don't have to paint everything just mostly the edges on the inside, or a small paint brush. I prefer the white paint, makes it stand out more.

My favorite DIYs today are the basket n the cutting boards! Both of these are lovely!! I can’t wait to see your future videos!
I save leftover coffee in a jar that I put in the fridge. It works great and doesn’t waste coffee! I love your videos!
Great idea! 🙌🏼
Beautiful stuff, and I must say Mr. Latino Nextdoor is very precise with the jigsaw!
Love how you use what you have on hand. Great video! Love the cutting boards!
Wasn’t too sure on the red basket when you started, but turned out so cute. Great way to use up scraps❤️
I actually like the blue on the patterned piece. But I also liked the front of it white before you added the glaze.
The blue piece with the mirror is stunning 💕 I think it adds interest. 👌
Awesome! Dont have a favorite one. I love them all!
God bless
I'm totally going to make some cutting boards! I collect them from thrift stores and any other place I can find them and they're beautiful in farmhouse kitchens! 💜
I have to say the cutting boards are my favorite!💕
Love it all! My favorite is the cutting boards

The cutting boards is my favorite!!
Just saw this video...GREAT...I LOVE the basket!!! TFS all your talents...❤🥰
Enjoy watching your creativeness!!!
The cutting boards are the def. winner
I like the way your mirror came out, to me it was not a failure, its beautiful
I agree that the blue needs to go and my favorite were the faux cutting boards

Loved all DIYs. Favourite is the chopping boards 🤩👍🏾
Hi Yami!! Oh it was definitely the cutting boards. They came out so beautifully. WOW!
Thank you so much 🤗
I've seen the dining room make over and curious now to see the room as your living room. I love your decorating style and am sure it's lovely.
I love the red corded basket the best. Just beautiful! Turned out just too cute! Great job!
For the item you did with the blue color reflecting on mirror...maybe you can get a piece of patterned cardstock or fabric thru the openings to cover the mirror. Just a thought.
Love your DISs, they are all really original and attractive.
I like the little basket the first one and The cutting boards they were nice
