11:20 you could have take out the carpet and dismantle the floor tile above the stairs and then use fence+sheetrope to get down and retrieve the briefcase.

1 - According to Lore, your mission is to collect the evidence and destroy it, you work for the evil organization responsible for the outbreak.
2 - This mod is too buggy.
Sometimes the Mod spawns infinite zombies, making the mission literally impossible.
